English Camp Counselors 2026 (m/f/d)
Do you have experience with child care, au/bro pairing, tutoring or teaching? What are you waiting for? We'd like you on board!
We are expanding our dynamic, international team and need English Camp Counselors (m/f/d) to work at our English language camps across Germany (North and Baltic Sea coasts, Berlin, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hessen, Bavaria, etc).
Responsibilities
Seasonal freelance work (during school holidays)
Teaching English in the mornings
Supervision of children during mealtimes
Running workshops/sports/activities during the afternoons and evenings
Bringing your electric energy and enthusiasm to camp!
Qualifications
Fluent in English (C1/C2).
Teaching experience, and/or experience working with children.
A strong sense of responsibility and empathy towards others, including children.
Availability to work a minimum of 4 weeks per year, during the Summer and Autumn school holidays, with 2 weeks of availability (Sunday to Saturday) in July or August essential.
Availability to complete online and in-person training. The training happens over the weekends of 29 May and 19 June, and will happen in Berlin. We will pay for your transport, accommodation and meals.
Availability to attend a first aid course.
Police check for working with children.
A valid work permit for freelance work in Germany (if applicable)**.
18 years of age or older.
** We will be unable to interview those who do not already have a valid working permit. If you are waiting to have your appointment for your permit, please let us know when it is scheduled for. Holders of student visas containing the words "selbstständige tätigkeit nicht erlaubt" are generally not permitted to do freelance work.
