Team Member / Sales Associate Dean&David — U.S. Operations

Your role:

As a Team Member / Sales Associate at Dean&David, you are the face of our brand. You will welcome guests, guide them through our menu, prepare fresh food with care, and ensure every visit leaves a lasting positive impression. No two shifts are the same — you'll work across the counter, kitchen prep, and the floor, always as part of a tight-knit, supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare fresh salads, wraps, bowls, and other menu items according to Dean&David's recipes and quality standards

Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations

Handle POS transactions accurately and process payments with care

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation and dining area at all times

Support inventory restocking, product labeling, and daily opening and closing procedures

Collaborate with teammates and the Store Manager to keep service running smoothly during peak hours

What you bring

A genuine passion for food, health, and delivering great guest experiences

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is a plus — but not required; we train you

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly, team-oriented attitude

Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one prior to first shift (requirements vary by state)
